πŸ“–✨ Understanding the Millennium and First Resurrection: Biblical Insights ✨πŸ“–

🌟 Introduction

πŸ“š Pastor Arnold Murray’s study of Revelation 20 and the book of Ezekiel explores the Millennium, resurrection, spiritual bodies, and Judgment Day. His teaching presents a chronological view of end-time events while challenging popular interpretations such as the pre-tribulation Rapture doctrine.

⏳ What Is the Millennium?

πŸ“– Definition and Biblical Context

The Millennium refers to Christ’s 1,000-year reign following the Battle of Armageddon.

✅ Satan is bound for 1,000 years.
✅ Christ reigns on Earth.
✅ The resurrected saints reign with Him.
✅ The nations are taught God's truth.

πŸ“œ Key Scriptures:

  • Revelation 20

  • Ezekiel 40–48

✨ Spiritual Bodies During the Millennium

πŸ“– According to 1 Corinthians 15:50-52:

"Flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God."

⚡ At the sounding of the Seventh Trumpet:

  • Mortal bodies are changed instantly.

  • Faithful believers receive immortal spiritual bodies.

  • Corruption and death are removed.

  • The elect reign with Christ.

πŸ™ Those participating in the First Resurrection become incorruptible and immune to the second death.

πŸ”’ Satan Bound in the Abyss

πŸ“– Revelation 20:1-3 describes an angel binding Satan in the bottomless pit.

⛓️ Satan's deception ends.
⛓️ Nations are no longer misled.
⛓️ Christ's truth is openly taught.

πŸ“– Isaiah 14 portrays Satan's humiliation as people marvel at the downfall of the great deceiver.

πŸ‘‘ The First Resurrection

🌟 Who Takes Part?

The First Resurrection includes:

✅ Faithful believers
✅ God's elect
✅ Those who overcome Antichrist's deception
✅ Servants of Christ throughout history

πŸ“– Revelation 20:6

"Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection."

πŸŽ‰ These individuals:

  • Receive immortal spiritual bodies.

  • Become priests and teachers.

  • Reign with Christ for 1,000 years.

  • Are untouched by the second death.

⚖️ Judgment During the Millennium

πŸ“œ Judgment According to Works

Following this interpretation:

πŸ‘€ Christ is visibly present.
πŸ“š Truth is openly taught.
❌ Ignorance is removed.

Therefore, people are judged according to:

  • Their actions

  • Their obedience

  • Their choices

rather than faith in unseen things.

πŸ“– The Great White Throne Judgment occurs after the Millennium.

πŸ™ Faith vs. Works

Why Works?

πŸ’‘ Faith is belief in what is unseen.

During the Millennium:

πŸ‘‘ Christ is present.
πŸ“– Truth is known.
⚖️ Accountability is complete.

Therefore:

✅ Decisions matter.
✅ Actions matter.
✅ Personal responsibility matters.

🚫 The Rapture Doctrine in This Teaching

Pastor Murray taught that the commonly taught pre-Antichrist Rapture is not supported by Scripture.

πŸ“– Key passages cited include:

  • 2 Thessalonians 2

  • Mark 13

According to this interpretation:

1️⃣ Antichrist appears first.
2️⃣ Many are deceived.
3️⃣ Christ returns afterward.
4️⃣ Satan is bound.
5️⃣ The Millennium begins.

⚠️ The warning is that expecting an early escape could leave believers vulnerable to deception.

πŸ‘¨‍🏫 The Elect as Priests and Teachers

✨ Zadokite Priests

πŸ“– Ezekiel 44 highlights faithful priests known as the Zadokites.

Their responsibilities include:

πŸ“š Teaching truth
⚖️ Judging righteously
πŸ™ Serving Christ
πŸ•Š️ Helping others learn God's ways

πŸ‘• Linen garments symbolize righteous works and purity.

πŸ”₯ The Second Resurrection & Final Judgment

πŸ“– After the Millennium

At the end of the 1,000 years:

πŸ”“ Satan is released briefly.
⚔️ A final rebellion occurs.
πŸ”₯ Satan is cast into the Lake of Fire.
⚖️ The Great White Throne Judgment follows.

Those not found in the Book of Life face the Second Death.

πŸ“– Revelation 20:14-15

🌎 The New Heaven and New Earth

✨ God's Eternal Kingdom

After final judgment:

🌟 A New Heaven appears.
🌟 A New Earth is created.
🌟 Death is abolished.
🌟 Sorrow ends forever.

πŸ“– Revelation 21

πŸ™️ The New Jerusalem descends from God.

❤️ God dwells directly with His people.

"God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes."

πŸ† Eternal Reward

Faithful believers receive:

πŸ‘‘ Eternal life
🏑 God's inheritance
✨ Incorruptible spiritual bodies
🀝 Unbroken fellowship with God

πŸ“– God's promise:

"I am their inheritance."

πŸ™ Spiritual Applications

Be Watchful

✅ Study Scripture carefully.
✅ Test all teachings.
✅ Reject deception.
✅ Remain faithful to Christ.

Be Prepared

πŸ•Š️ The Millennium represents:

πŸ“š A time of teaching
⚖️ A time of righteous judgment
πŸ‘‘ A time of Christ's reign
🌎 A step toward God's eternal kingdom

**πŸ“‘✞ Millennium (Two-Part Series):**

Now here is Pastor Murray.

Good day to you. God bless you. Welcome to the Shepherd's Chapel. Welcome to this family Bible study hour. Praise God.

We're just going to wrap this evening. We're going to... I've been getting an awful lot of questions about what kind of body will we be in in the Millennium, and where are the dead, etc., etc. Until I think it's time that we synchronize our minds, not to what this man thinks, but to God's word, whereby we have a clear understanding. The Millennium is one thing that is very little—there's very little taught about it. Why, I don't know. It's a very important span of time. So we're going to go into that this evening.

I thank God for this great nation. I thank Our Father for the privileges and the freedoms we have. We shall take measures that will stop anyone that tries to interfere with those freedoms by allowing communism or any other force to move in upon those freedoms. Our Father has given us that right, that authority, even through our own Constitution taken from His word. So be a strong Christian and be really ready to defend that which we hold so dear: His precious word, our nation, and our rights. We just thank Him for the privilege of studying His word in Jesus' precious name. Amen.

I will be making a commentary during the question and answer period. Chapter 20 in The Book of Revelation addresses the Millennium. A longer writing concerning the Millennium, going into far more detail, are about the last eight or nine chapters in The Book of Ezekiel. What is the Millennium? Millennium is a word; it's really not in the Bible. It's a pagan word that means 1,000 years, that's all. When you say Millennium, you say a 1,000-year period. It is a period of learning. Few people understand the Millennium because they cannot realize the fact that we are in a different body. Christ will be with us. There will be teaching, and there will be people saved during the Millennium. Many people that believe they are saved today will not be saved until the Millennium because they're going to throw it all away very soon.

I speak and address those that believe in the Rapture Theory. They will accept the first Messiah that appears on this Earth—that happens to be Antichrist. You cannot wallow before Antichrist and still take part in the first wedding. "Well, but you teach once saved, always saved." That's right. You can accept Christ and worship Antichrist and still, through repentance in the Millennium—you see, time is nothing to Our Father or His word—be saved in that time period. And many will be. We might even say that the Millennium is the time of Salvation, and we wouldn't be too far wrong. We wouldn't be wrong at all. There will be more saved in that period than there were all the other thousands of years put together, more than likely, because of that great apostasy.

Let's take Chapter 20, Verse 1. We'll be what some might call digressing as we go through, but it really won't be. I'll just be calling scripture that you have studied, a foundation laid whereby you can better understand the Millennium. Now, to bring you to date, remember this: on this first day of the Millennium, the Battle of Armageddon and Har-Magedon have already taken place. Antichrist has had his reign upon the earth. Satan, in Revelation 12, was cast out to this earth. Christ has returned with His army—the army that are already with Him and those that will join, and not by a rapture, but Paul, Isaiah, Ezekiel, Jeremiah, your grandparents, those that died in Christ, coming with that army.

Now on that first day, both the Beast and the False Prophet—what was the Beast? The world political system—is destroyed. The False Prophet is destroyed, meaning that Satan in his reign during the end of the Millennium, the short season, will not be afforded the same political and religious philosophy and implements—that's his political one-world system, are the false religious prophets. He will not be afforded those for his short test at the end of the Millennium. We'll document it as we go along. You don't have to document it... in the 20th verse of the preceding chapter, they were destroyed.

Chapter 20, Verse 1. Let's go with it—The Book of Revelation: "And I saw an angel come down from heaven." I believe that—you will, I cannot document, but I believe this angel to be Michael, for it is Michael and his angels that controlled Satan. Therefore we know this one, "having the key of the bottomless pit" (that's the abyss) "and a great chain in his hand." This is literal—a locking-sealing device. Satan will have not one word of say during the Millennium period. He will be locked away, and his influence will be totally absent during that thousand-year period of teaching. That is why that even the Kenites themselves, as it is written in Revelation 3:9-10, will come and worship before your feet—God's elect—because you will be at the feet of Christ. Every knee will bow to Christ on the first day. That's the day that Satan is planted in the abyss, locked away.

Verse 2: "And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent." The dragon is the title he had in the world that was; it also is the title he will have as Antichrist. Don't forget it. Dragon is the title he wears when he heads the ten-membered kingship over seven dominions. It happened in the world—it was Revelation 12. It shall happen again very soon—Revelation 13. "That old serpent"—that was his role in the garden when he seduced Eve—"which is the devil"—the same devil that tempted Jesus—"and Satan, and bound him a thousand years." That means a literal binding. Don't ever forget it. He will have no influence. You can read—make a note, I want you to take notes through this—you should in Isaiah chapter 14, it stipulates there, "Oh Lucifer," that happens to be another name; it means morning or bright star. He is a counterfeit for our Bright Star, which is to say Christ, the Morning Star. It says that people will walk by the abyss and will look into it (called The Pit in Isaiah) and say, "Is this the man that deceived the world?" When they look on that miserable wretch in that state of degradation, then they will wonder how he deceived even the churches today into believing, through the evil spell cast upon Margaret MacDonald, that began to teach the Rapture Theory and that false tongue theory. It was brought on by Satan for the deception of the end times, the very building of the mark of the beast in the minds—meaning to twist the minds of the people, the majority, into believing a false conception.

Verse 3: "And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him"—do you understand a seal?—"that he should deceive the nations no more." Hey, he doesn't deceive just a few here and a few there; he deceives all nations because he becomes the head of one-worldism, till the thousand years should be fulfilled. He'll do it again then, but not during that period. Praise God, we'll be rid of him for a while, and then soon after that forever. "And after that he must be loosed a little season." Why would God turn him loose a little season at the end of the Millennium? It's very simple, beloved. God never does anything that doesn't make common sense. Many will succeed through salvation by standing against Antichrist here in this earth age. The majority will be deceived by him thinking the Rapture is taking place. They're taught that in their church: "Don't worry about this, you'll be gone"—that stupidity. But they'll go along with it, and that's fine. They'll still be saved if they choose in the Millennium. But here we see this one... and that teaching through that thousand-year period with Satan locked away—you see, we have people now that, let's say, are mentally—and bless their hearts, God picks special souls to make that trip—people that do not have the ability in a mental sense to choose right from wrong. Do you think that God's going to judge them to a burning hell in that condition? Of course He isn't. He's a fair, just God. Therefore, when all are changed into that new spiritual body, there will be no mental sickness, there will be no retardation. Everybody will be in a perfect body, able to absorb, to decide once and for all—with Satan even visible in the pit—whether to follow him or to follow the true Christ. For Christ shall be here as well—not the full Godhead, but Christ Himself through the Millennium.

Satan is released that short season whereby those can be tested that are taught. Those that accept the Rapture Theory and are deceived by receiving the mark of the beast because of it—in fact, it is a part of the mark of the beast deception in the mind. What's in your mind, your brain? You're supposed to use it, rather than to listen to the babbling of some person 150 years ago. You're supposed to study God's word that was written thousands of years ago. You see, God won't accept them unless they are tested. How are they tested? By Satan, the same way Christ was tested in the wilderness that 40 days.

Verse 4... that in other words, that's why God will release Satan a short season. He... there's not going to be any free rides, no second chances. "Well, how can you say having a chance in the Millennium to be saved is a second chance?" If they're already saved and they believe Antichrist, they don't have a prayer of a chance, friend, with the majority of the so-called respected teachers gobbling like turkeys and calling it from God when it's pure Babel. And most people should have enough common sense to recognize nonsense when they hear it. And the majority—95 to 99%—being taught fed the Rapture Theory, they haven't got a prayer. They can't handle the manuscripts. They send these little folks to their seminaries, which are better called cemeteries, for what they teach is a dead message that was originally programmed to teach people that could not read or write, and it has not progressed past that point—milk. God's not... That's... they haven't got a chance. They are deceived. I know that many might be turned off by the words I just said. Someday you'll understand, and it will happen in and to this generation. You that have eyes to see and ears to hear, sharpen up.

Verse 4: "And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them. And I saw the souls"—the bodies? No, the souls—the soul bodies, the spiritual bodies—"of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus." Many of the disciples and others have were beheaded. Think about the Roman coliseums, the Christians that were martyred. And Christ is not going to be doing that, so don't let the fear of God frighten—fear rather of Satan frighten you away. He's not coming back in that role this time. "And for the word of God, and which had not worshiped the beast"—that's another quality. Are you going to—I trust not—you want to sit on a throne, you want to teach? Then don't worship this one-world political system that's coming, that your own Congress now is striving to bring into being in large part. "Neither his image"—they would not be deceived by the Rapture Theory or the false teachings of this final generation, which is the great apostasy.

"Well, how can you say the Rapture is..." It's very simple. Jesus makes it very clear in Mark 13. Paul makes it very clear in 2 Thessalonians chapter 2 that Christ is not returning until after Antichrist. If your church teaches you that you're going to be lifted out by the first Messiah, that is Antichrist, friend—what are they teaching you? Who are they leading you to? It shouldn't be too difficult to figure out what the planting of the seed of the mark of the beast is. It can be your church. "Neither had received his mark upon their foreheads"—here literally upon your mind is what it means. Your forehead is your mind; it's a Hebrew idiom. Read Ezekiel chapter 2 and 3, especially. Your forehead is your mind. "Or in their hands"—that means they didn't do the work of Antichrist. They didn't teach the Rapture Theory. They didn't buy the Rapture Theory or any other deception that leads to the deceiving of the nations. "And they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years." You want to do that? It's possible. What an exciting time to serve.

You know, how are you going to... when does this happen? Verse 5, listen closely: "But the rest of the dead"—D-E-A-D, "the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection." What are we talking about here? The dead—that means they're going to stay in the hole in the ground? That isn't what it means at all. Learn the difference in the Greek from *nikao* and *nekros*. They've got... they did not take part in the first resurrection. That means they were deceived by Antichrist, or they did receive the mark, and in that deception they do not overcome. He's first fruits, because they're whoring with Antichrist. Therefore they must stay as it is written in First Corinthians. You take this down, don't you miss it—if you're not familiar with it: 1 Corinthians chapter 15, verse 50 through 52. 50 stating—or 49 or 50—"Flesh and blood cannot enter the Kingdom of Heaven." Christ has returned to this earth on the first day of the Millennium. The Kingdom of Heaven is with us. You cannot enter in—I don't care if you're the biggest sinner through the deception—you cannot enter into that Millennium age in a flesh body. Therefore it is written in verse 52 that "all"—in a wink, in the twinkling of an eye—"at the last trump," the furthest one out, which is the seventh. Any anyone reading Revelation knows when the furthest trump out is; it's the seventh. When it sounds, then all are changed into an incorruptible body. That doesn't have anything to do with your soul and its condition, friend. Do you understand what I said? Your body has nothing to do with the condition of your soul—not this flesh body, nor the spiritual body. Your soul is your entity, your inner being, the inner man. It is you, regardless of what body that soul is in—the body it was in when Christ sent it here to join the flesh, or the one it's going into. We must all enter that flesh body. Now, I don't want you to miss that point, or you can never understand the Millennium. You must come with me. You must leave the flesh body, and you must come past that first day of the Millennium with all sinners and saints raised—not resurrected. Only the first fruits are resurrected, that means overcomers take part in the first resurrection. The others still... that's why Paul in the next verse states, "this mortal"—that word in the Greek always applies to the soul, not the body. I want to say that again. The word "mortal" as it is used in the Greek manuscripts never, never, never applies to a body; it applies to your soul. Your mortal soul must become an immortal soul, meaning what? You must pass judgment. You must make it through judgment, or you're going to die, friend. "Mortal" means liable to die. This word "death" means... mortal meaning liable to die, liable to die when? When Satan is released at the end of the thousand years. Do you understand that now? Don't make it difficult. It means that some—everyone will be raised into that spiritual body because flesh and blood cannot go into the Millennium, alright? No way. But a mortal soul can, and then that mortal soul will overcome through the teachings of God's elect, or it will take a trip at the end of the Millennium. We'll cover it in a moment.

Verse 5—and the... I'm sorry, we covered that, didn't we? Okay. This is the first resurrection. Don't forget the last line of that fifth verse. Verse 6: "Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection." Who does? Those that died in the Lord—your grandparents, Isaiah, Ezekiel, Daniel again, your grandparents, your mothers, your fathers that have preceded you in death that loved the Lord with their souls and hearts—and those that overcome the Antichrist. They will take part in the first resurrection. They are no longer mortal; they are already possess an immortal soul. "On such the second death hath no power." Do you know why? Because they are not tested in that second testing at the end of the Millennium. They already have the victory because they will not wallow before Antichrist as the majority shall.

In other words, I want you to think for a moment. "Dead" as you consider dead today of verse five cannot go through a second death; that'd be a double death. Alright? They are mortal—they have a soul that's liable to die—and at the second death it shall if they don't shape up. "On such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests"—those that overcome shall be priests of God and of Christ and shall reign with Him a thousand years, going to help teach. Who do you reign over? Those that are mortal souls—liable to die—souls are dead of the fifth verse, *nekros*.

Verse 7: "And when the thousand years are expired," everyone is taught where there is no excuse. You see, we have a Father of love and of understanding. He's not going to fry anyone like a piece of bacon in ignorance. "Well, you better be a Baptist, you better be a Methodist, you better be a Presbyterian or you're going to die in hell." Don't listen to that junk—bunch of perverted minds in spirituality. God is a God of love, and He will teach them along with the elect. If some of these people that call themselves pastors and preachers today, if you had to count on them, I tell you, friend, you the world would be in a sad shape. Thank God they don't, for God Himself is the judge, not they. "When that period expires, after the teaching is done, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison." In other words, they will be mentally equipped, spiritually prepared to know the full truth and nothing but the truth. If they accept Satan at this time, they deserve to go to hell, and they will.

Verse 8: "And shall go out... shall go out, Satan shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog." This is a term which simply means from the east to the west; it means all over the country, "to gather them together to battle, the number of whom is as the sand of the sea." Can you believe that, beloved? It's scriptural. There will still be some at the end of the Millennium—large numbers—that will still believe in that anti-Jesus, the false Christ. What powers he must have. Analyze that and think about it; it'll keep you from being cocky concerning his soon approach. I don't want you to be afraid, but I don't want you to be cocky about it. He's good at deception.

Verse 9: "And they went out, went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city." What city? Jerusalem, where the Millennium Temple is built, as is adequately explained with measurement in the Book of Ezekiel chapter 40 forward. "And fire came down from God out of heaven and devoured them." The Shekinah glory of Almighty God. Understand, Christ is already with us in our midst in that temple, but the full Godhead de facto does not return until the last day of the Millennium. That is the Great Day of God. The Great Day of the Lord is the last day of this earth age. The last day of the Millennium is the Great Day of God. There is a difference. We have a tape on that, and if you don't know, you'd better be catching up. I apologize for the lack of teaching on this earth at this time. May we as a group together make up for a lot of the time that has been wasted with frailties of man. This is that day—de facto, the full Godhead returns.

Verse 10: "And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are"—remember I stated from the 20th verse of the prior chapter—"and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever." Understand this. I want you to make a note of Ezekiel chapter 28. Satan is promised there that he shall be turned to ashes and destroyed from within. It is a Hebrew idiom which means final; turned to ashes means forever and ever. Once you are turned—once your soul—God said, "Fear not those that can destroy your body, but He that can destroy your soul." Meaning when God destroys their soul in that lake, it is forever and ever. They will never have another opportunity. That's it.

Verse 11: "And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them." The Godhead present; no possible place for anything that would oppose God.

Verse 12: "And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God"—that is those that are still in mortal bodies—"and the books were opened"—notice books, plural—"and another book was opened"—two books, which is the Book of Life—"and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works." I want you to underline that word. Did you hear it? Works. Did it say anything about faith there? It sure did not. The Great White Throne judgment will not take faith into consideration. The first resurrection takes faith into consideration; that happened back on the Lord's Day. God's day, His great day, the last day of the Millennium, you are judged by works only. "Well, I've never heard of such a thing." Well, you should have read the verse; it's made very clear there. It's going to be repeated for you for emphasis.

Now why would God say you will be judged for your works only? It's very simple. Faith is something hoped for but unseen. You don't see Christ today; you feel the spirit, etc. You see His wonderful works, but He is not de facto walking this earth in that person. And all human beings being in a spiritual body with full intelligence, full recall, being taught—and He honors you with grace for the fact that you believe and you've never seen Him; you believe the word. That's your reward. Therefore through His price, you can be forgiven for those sins as long as you do not participate in the deception. But if you participate in the deception of the Rapture Theory that is coming upon us very, very soon, definitely in this generation, then at that time you will be judged by works, for you will have forfeited your salvation in this earth age. Once saved, always saved? I cannot believe that anyone that loves the true Lord, when they see Satan in the pit, will actually go back to that pit and worship him when he comes out. I can't believe that will happen. But they will be judged by works alone, for they will have seen Jesus. They are without excuse. They blow the fact that they have faith, but because they wallow in the Rapture Theory before Antichrist, they are... in other words, that first woman taken in the field—the one that refuses to stay in the field and work for the Lord.

Verse 13: "And the sea gave up the dead which were in it." This is at that time. The sea is the people—in The Book of Revelation, Revelation 17 to document—the people will push forward. Those that still have mortal souls and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them, all those that would not overcome, and they were judged every man according to their works. Now there it is again. Don't let that frighten you. You still have faith until the Day of the Lord, which is to say the last day of this earth age. But at the end of the Millennium, it will be by works alone, for they will have seen in person Jesus Christ, Yeshua the Savior, the Messiah, and will be taught by God's elect that even teaches truth now. So get real well acquainted. Some of you, you're going to have to put up with the truth for a long time—an eternity—or you're going to die, one or the other, by your works if you refuse it. That's all it takes to refuse it at the end of the Millennium will be final, very final. And you know something? If you can't accept it, then we don't want you around anyway. We want you to go with him, because there will not be one tear after that age. And someone that didn't believe, we will have no more patience with them; they will be gone.

Verse 14: "And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death." It is also the final death. In that chapter I gave you reference to 1 Corinthians chapter 15, verse following the verses of the mortal and the immortal soul coming forward, etc. Then I told you there it would rather it would follow there to say, "O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?" For death is swallowed up, and so it is. Death will be no more with us. Make a note of... I'm sorry, Hebrews chapter 2:14. Jesus said, "I have come to this earth to destroy death," which is the devil.

Bless your hearts. I was only going to make one lecture on this, but I've got to take you to Ezekiel, and I see we're out of time for teaching. I guess I got a little carried away in this, but it is important that you understand the chronological order of those events and the bodies that we are in to understand the word of God, to understand the Millennium age. It is not taught commonly, but it's time you were taught about it, before we are approaching it at a very rapid pace. So we're going to pick this up here in the next lecture and then we'll go back into Ezekiel a little bit to make two sessions of this. God bless you.

**πŸ“‘✞ Millennium (Second-Part Series):**

Now here is Pastor Murray.

Good day to you. God bless you. Welcome to the Shepherd's Chapel. Welcome to this family Bible study hour. Praise God. We've been waiting on you. We're ready just to get down to a good old rap session about the Millennium—what happens in the Millennium, what bodies are we in in the Millennium. We started this in the last lecture. I felt there was a need because of the questions that we were receiving concerning events that would happen in the Millennium. We must synchronize our minds with God's word to understand the Millennium.

Now let's just recap briefly what we discovered in the last lecture from the 20th chapter of the Book of Revelation. We discovered whom I believe to be Michael the angel that controls Satan, for it is written that he does—Revelation 12—puts a seal in a literal chain. By that I mean a holding device. He's locked away in the pit. All people, as it is written in 1 Corinthians 15:52, are changed into a new spiritual body—not soul, but body. You maintain the same soul (the soul that's the inner man or woman in your flesh body or child). The same soul elevates into that—and I use the word "elevate" correctly because the mind then is open to total recall, even from the world that was; those events that happened there will be no one that will be, let us say, feeble-minded, able to learn and absorb all things. God Himself had placed the spirit of stupor, as it's written in Romans chapter 11, on many so they would receive the deception, even if you would, so that the Gentile could be grafted into the tree. In other words, their ignorance becomes a cloak of innocency. And when they are raised into that body, that's why every knee will bow to Almighty God on the first day of the Millennium, to Jesus Christ—that is because they will understand. He's not going to fry anyone at that moment like a piece of bacon. All people will have full knowledge before our God of love destroys anyone's soul. But through that Millennium age, the people that take part in the first resurrection—that is to say, to recognize Antichrist for what he is when he sets foot on this earth, who are not deceived in their mind by the Rapture Theory (or that is to say, a gathering out before Antichrist appears, because it's not written in God's word; mistakenly some people think it is, but they're wrong)—and this is one of the sure signs that God has placed that spirit of slumber upon them. Even though they worship Antichrist in ignorance, with God Himself being the motivator of that deception (not deception, but being the motivator of the sleep), then they are innocent to be taught in the Millennium. Once saved, always saved? Second chance? No, most people don't have a chance today, unfortunately. But many will overcome, and they will be teachers with Christ through the Millennium age—that is to say, God's elect.

Then Satan is released at the end of the Millennium reign for a short season, and people are judged by their works in the Millennium only, not this earth age. Do you understand? Judged by their works only in the Millennium age. In other words, when Antichrist comes—Satan rather, the old dragon, the devil—comes against the new city, the New Jerusalem, the Jerusalem of the Millennium Temple that we'll be learning more of in this lecture, many will follow him. If you do, that's your work—is to follow Satan after being taught beyond any reasonable doubt. You will have made your choice, and you will be judged by that. And need I say, you won't have a prayer; you'll be gone. Because when he is placed in the pit, people walk by as it's written in Isaiah 14 and say, "Is this the man that deceived the nations, the world?" And so works only at the end of the Millennium has nothing to do with the faith judgment at the end of this earth age—this particular segment of this cosmos, this earth age.

So we had discovered then that in verse 14 of this 20th chapter that death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. In other words, when hell comes into being, it is not the first death. Do you understand? When hell becomes de facto, not one entity other than a system and a false prophet has entered that lake of fire at this point—not one human being. But when you enter that lake of fire, that is the second death. Do you know why it's called the second death? It's the final death. There is no more. It is final; it is all over.

Let's go ahead now in that 20th chapter with verse 15. What happens then? "And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire." That was it. There will be no second chances. It will be very final at the end of that Millennium reign. There will be no one without excuse. There will be no mental retardation during the Millennium whereby anyone can think for themselves to the point of being able to decide whether they would or would not follow Christ or whether they would follow Satan. The choice is theirs. Okay.

Now the Book of Ezekiel—you will find more written prophecy and descriptive events, chapters, than any other place in God's word. From chapter 40 of Ezekiel forward to the very end, which is to say 48, even to the 48th chapter—those eight, nine chapters are concerning the Millennium. The 44th chapter is very interesting, because the prince of our people, who I believe is the same David that was the prince (who was before Christ, through whom Christ would come), is ruling and reigning. And we see those of you that wish to make a little side trip of that, you'll find in verse 3 of chapter 44 it is for the prince. The prince—who is the prince? Read the 34th chapter of Ezekiel and the 24th verse, you'll find who the prince is. Then it tells of the Levitical priesthood that goes astray when Israel goes astray, or the other people—the Christians if you like—that is to say when Antichrist appears on this earth, they will have heard the truth taught but they will reject it. They will go astray when other Christians and people the world does after Antichrist. But when they hear God's elect stand up and witness for Christ for His sake, as it's written in Mark 13, that will recognize those same people were teaching this before Antichrist appeared, and it's happening exactly as they declared the scriptures had spoken of it's coming to pass exactly that way. They will come out and they will have nothing to do with Antichrist any longer. Therefore they will be known as the Levitical priest, and they will teach. They are there are 144,000 of them.

But let's pick it up in the 15th verse of the 44th chapter. Those of you that have studied my work on the acrostics of 11, remember 41 is 44. God has many secrets hidden within the framework and numerics. Note we come to this 15th verse, and we talk here. Let's read it if we may—15, Ezekiel 44: "But the priests the Levites, the sons of Zadok, that kept the charge of my sanctuary"—they were not deceived for one moment; they were not deceived by Antichrist—"when the children... they kept the sanctuary clean, they kept it pure, when the children of Israel went astray from me, they shall come near to me to minister unto me, and they shall stand before me to offer unto me the fat and the blood, saith the Lord God." Now you must translate this to the fact that there is no flesh here. This is the gift or the sacrifices of this time. So we see that God's elect—those Zadok, what does Zadok mean in the Hebrew tongue? It means the just, the upright ones, God's election—they're going to be able to serve God. You hear many people say, "Oh, it'll be wonderful when the Millennium comes, we can all run up to Jesus." Not so, friend. There will be so few that are in this final generation that will be in that first resurrection that there will be very few that are able to serve Him. They are going to be deceived, and the base of it is the Rapture Theory. I know that offends some, but bless your hearts, it's truth. If you can't accept it now, then accept it after Antichrist appears and you hear it taught, then come out. God's in control.

Verse 16: "They shall enter into my sanctuary, and they only shall enter into my sanctuary, and they shall come near to my table to minister unto me"—unto Christ Himself, the Son of the living God—"and they shall keep my charge." Do you know what this word "charge" is in the Hebrew? It's a watch. Nothing changes. They're still watchmen. They are in a sense, if you would, that watch over His commands, His orders.

Verse 17: "And it shall come to pass, that when they enter in at the gates of the inner court"—the inner court of course is His place—"they shall be clothed with linen garments, and no wool shall come upon them, whiles they minister in the gates of the inner court, and within." Now what is the linen? That is the righteous garments that those wear spoken of in the Book of Revelation, the garments you will have in heaven. Remember you were taught in the Book of Revelation that your righteous acts made up the material, the linen, which you would wear. Beware that you not appear naked—in other words, that your righteous acts were so few that you wouldn't have any linen garments. What he's saying here: these same linen garments—God is the same yesterday, today, and forever—to Him, these are the Zadok's righteous acts. They must have those righteous acts, or they don't appear at His table. You cannot wallow for Antichrist in his deception and still be at Christ's table. It won't fly. "And they are to put no wool next to them"—that is to say, man-spun garments. They must be the real thing.

Verse 18: "They shall have linen bonnets upon their heads, and shall have linen breeches"—this is the same material—"upon their loins; and they shall not gird themselves with any thing that causeth sweat." Now in the Hebrew tongue, this is *ya'* and *yah*; it is they shall wear no wool or any other material that causes one to sweat. You will not wear a sweat suit, do you understand? You will have on your righteous acts. What would you do if you were to wear a man-spun thing? And please think spiritually with... with your righteous acts being your reward, your honor, your badge to be able to approach Yeshua Messiah. If you try to make some homespun, man-made thing, the very tension of having the wrong garment on in His presence would bring sweat and perspiration. That's the only way it can be described in modern-day language to one in a flesh body, to understand the tension and the pressure in the spiritual body that would be held if you tried to work your way in there with the wrong garment on—same as the man at the wedding with the wrong garment on. I speak spiritual; please understand. Okay.

Verse 19, continuing: "And when they go forth into the utter court, even into the utter court of the people"—when they go to this outer court that is away from the inner court where Christ abides—"they shall put off their garments wherein they ministered." You don't wear those acts out there. "And lay them in the holy chambers, and they shall put on other garments; and they shall not sanctify the people with their garments." You're not going to wear those righteous acts out there and sanctify anyone with them. You're going to have on work clothes because you're going to work; you're going to deal it out, for they deserve it. But you will not wear those righteous acts and bestow that before them; they're not worthy of it at this time.

Verse 20: "Neither shall they shave their heads, nor suffer their locks to grow long; they shall only pull their heads." Isn't it marvelous how God always does things using common sense, not overdoing it in any direction, just using common sense? Of course, there are many things that have to do with this, but you know the vow of the Nazarite, etc. You can apply that. I'm not going to take the time to do it in this lecture. You apply this to this, and you must remember you've got to leave the flesh—everything you know in the flesh—and come to the Millennium age to understand what we're talking about. All these people that we're talking about and that we are concerned with are in an incorruptible body. That means a body that doesn't age, doesn't wither, doesn't grow old. But they've got some lousy souls, some of them. Alright? They still have a mortal soul, meaning simply in the Greek tongue "liable to die." They are not first fruits, and they have not overcome.

Verse 21: "Neither shall any priest drink wine, when they enter into the inner court." You do not do that in Christ's presence.

Verse 22: "Neither shall they take for their wives a widow"—I thought we... there was no marriage when we had the new body, that we were as the angels? That's true, but there is a wedding taking place and being prepared even here. It's not the wedding of the marriage lamb that will happen with the first fruits, but there will still be another wedding, and this has reference to that—"nor her that is put away: but they shall take maidens of the seed of the house of Israel, or a widow that hath a priest before." In other words, you must think those that were not deceived by Antichrist. It would seem possibly that there will be fringe areas. This is my thought; I will not document past this point, but it becomes obvious other than the 144,000 priests that are brought to God—that's the Levitical priest before, we're talking about the 7,000 of God's election spoken of in Romans chapter 11, when you speak of the Zadok and the ethnos that will join them—but it would appear that through the ethnos or through another form, there will be others that will be able to participate, yes, even during the Millennium, else this would not be written. Enough said on that.

Now I want you to listen to the reward for those that have ears to hear and eyes to see. It's the greatest promises in God's word. He could never aim a direct promise so precious as this, nor does He ever to any other group of people—only His elect. Listen to those promises.

Verse 23: "And they shall teach my people the difference between the holy and the profane." They're going to teach the difference between the true Christ and Satan, who is the false Christ, "and cause them to discern between the unclean and the clean." There will be no more Rapture Theory taught at this time. Mean, well, that would be obvious because Christ has already returned. Uh-uh, not for most. He has not. They cannot approach Him; they cannot touch Him. He does not want them until after the second death has taken place and the Great White Throne judgment has taken place and they are worthy. Do you know he even penalizes some of the election that go and touch those filthy people? I love them, but I'm saying that in a—so that you can better understand in a spiritual sense—who will come near Christ and who He will consider worthy. Beloved, if you have ears to hear, you can stand up for Him. Do you realize that in the Greek tongue the word "resurrection" has three meanings, and one of them is "to stand up for Christ"? Wouldn't you rather do it now and earn these promises we're reading of—to be able to teach, to be one of those priests that will teach for that thousand-year period, to be able to help people?

Verse 24: "And in controversy they shall stand in judgment"—yes, hard to believe, but the election shall stand in judgment in controversy, "and they shall judge according to my judgments"—fair, square, exactly Christ's way—"and they shall keep my laws and my statutes in all mine assemblies; and they shall hallow my sabbaths." In other words, they're going to be very obedient, even as they are now. Oh, we all slip, beloved; yes, even God's elect. It doesn't mean you're perfect in the flesh, but we're not talking about flesh here. We will no longer be in the flesh. Come with me mentally and spiritually to the Millennium age when we are in those incorruptible bodies—everybody, sinners, saints, and in between.

Another reward for you, listen. Verse 25: "And they shall come at no dead person to defile themselves." What is this dead people in the Millennium? The same dead that are spoken of in Revelation 20:5—mortals, meaning they're liable to die. All flesh is already dead, gone, zip, no more. It's done away with. The first death over and gone. We're all in that spiritual body; we're waiting the second death or preferably the second resurrection. In other words, it's your loved ones that are deceived by the Rapture Theory or some of the other things that are taught contrary to the word of God. You cannot touch them. But listen, you cannot touch them to defile themselves. But you understand now, this is why I tell you that you will be able to help your loved ones during the Millennium. You will be able to recognize them. You can speak to them. You can encourage them. You can, with righteous indignation, chew them out if they get in trouble. But very few will be off—that's one of the promises for standing against Antichrist. "But for father, or for mother, or for son, or for daughter, for brother, or for sister that hath not had—that hath no husband, they may defile themselves." You may go out. Now this is the priesthood of the Zadok, that if you see one of them in trouble, you see them waning back towards that pit again where Satan is chained, you can go to them and say, "Hey, get your act together, or you're going in the lake of fire with him. You're treading on dangerous ground." We're not talking about the death of the flesh in this Millennium; we're talking about the death of your very soul. In other words, you're going to be able to teach them one-on-one, to help them, to support them, to encourage them, to love them. But you're going to pay a little bit of a price for it. Christ does not want them near Him. I'm not talking about your mother, your brother—some of them may be in better standing than you are. I'm saying those that did not make it, that are still mortal (meaning liable to die), Christ doesn't want them near Him, nor does He want you near them after you have talked to them—which is to say, touch them in this sense or defile yourself, which simply means to go in their presence.

Verse 26: "And after he is cleansed, they shall reckon unto him seven days." In other words, you're going to have to wait seven days before you can go back in the presence of Jesus, even after you've cleansed yourself. Do you want to know what Jesus thinks about people that wrap themselves up in the Rapture Theory? I think that'll say it pretty well. Why is he always saying that about the Rapture? I don't understand. Because the Rapture theory was dreamed up by a woman through evil spirits. It is documented in church history; it happened in the year 1830. It is the theory that the true Christ shall come first and gather people away. It is not according to God's plan. Why would Satan want to teach that? Because Satan knew from the beginning that he would be allowed a short season before Har-Magedon, and by instilling this teaching in the minds of the multitude, they would accept him instead of the true Christ when he returned to this earth. Friend, it's that simple.

"Well, why is it that you're the only one that teaches this?" Because I am a servant of the living God, and it is time. God... many ministers. "Well, why won't they teach it?" If they had eyes to see and were established in a denomination, they would lose their retirement, their church; they would lose everything. It's not an easy thing to pass upon them. Would they be better off? If they had eyes to see, they would. They would be the richest people in the world to walk away from it and teaching the truth. But church systems will not allow it.

"Well, aren't you afraid you'll never have a very big crowd teaching against the Rapture?" I know I won't. But what I do have is so precious. They are the elect of God that have eyes to see and ears to hear. You see, I don't really have them; Christ has them. They are His servants. They will minister unto Him, and there are promises waiting for them that makes any trial or tribulation you have in this flesh body, this earth age, seem like child's play compared to the glory and the honor that is received in the Millennium Kingdom.

I tell you, this is it. It shall happen to this generation. Many sleep; let them sleep. God Himself has put the blinders on them; they cannot see the truth, nor should you wake them. That is why Jesus said plant a seed, and if it grows fine, if it doesn't, leave it alone. You must pay that price of seven days for helping one of your loved ones. You know what? That's a small price to pay, isn't it? This is why I say—and this is why you might see my Irish flicker a little—when someone says, "I just want to make it. All I want to know is that I just make it through the door. I want to be saved just barely." That's not good enough. You've got to have compassion on your people, or you're not one of God's elect. You've got to want to make it yourself and be able to pull some with you, to have that inbred desire to be a comfort to the children of Almighty God. So understand how I feel when someone is selfishly worrying about themselves only. They're probably not one of God's elect, because one of the traits of His elect is they have compassion for God's children that suffer deception.

Verse 27: "And in the day that he goeth into the sanctuary"—in other words, after he has been cleansed and then waited the seven days, and he enters the sanctuary unto the inner court to minister in the sanctuary—"he shall offer his sin offering, saith the Lord God." In other words, you're going to pay. Do you understand? A sin offering, because you actually—touched, not touched—you defiled yourself by going near that loved one. It'll be worth it. Christ will even love you for it, but you're still going to pay. Don't worry, you'll be able to afford it.

You know why? Verse 28, listen closely and absorb the words of God: "And it shall be unto them for an inheritance." What will be unto them for an inheritance? "I am their inheritance." That's your inheritance—the living God. Can you comprehend that? Can your mind absorb it? Almighty God is your inheritance, if you have eyes to see. Very few men or women or children can grasp that. "And ye shall give them no possession in Israel." You're not to give them one thing. "I am their possession." Do you understand what is said there? You're not to give them anything that man allots, for God is their possession, and God owns it all, and He is their possession. In other words, God's elect... on all wherever they stand, will they take advantage of that? Of course not. It is ridiculous to even have a thought of that nature, for God's Zadok, His elect, are interested in those God's children and the office that God places them in, and Almighty God is their possession. Do you know something? It won't give them the big head. It will not put them on an ego trip. If that would put you on an ego trip, then don't worry; it won't happen to you, and you're not one of God's elect. God's elect do not go on ego trips. The very fact of the truth, the possession, the promise is such a humbling, overwhelming, awesome thought of the love and the understanding, the judgment, the teaching, the helping—is to belong to God and God belonging to you, to be able to help man. Why did God create things, yes, even people? For His pleasure, therefore for yours, for if you be one of God's elect, then God is your possession. Understand and thank Him every day. Don't stop thanking Him daily. I don't mean... I mean once a day is sufficient unless you feel pressed. Don't go into repetition. He's so precious to us.

Verse 29: "They shall eat the meat offering, and the sin offering, and the trespass offering; and every dedicated thing in Israel shall be theirs. And the first of all the firstfruits of all things, and every oblation of all of every sort of your oblations"—that's your offerings, daily burnt offerings—"shall be the priest's: ye shall also give unto the priest the first of your dough, that he may cause the blessing to rest in thine house." Whatever you give a real priest, even in this age, when you give him that first dough—that is to say, the first of your offering—it causes a blessing upon you because it is given to serve Almighty God.

Real quickly, turn with me to close this discussion to the Book of Revelation, back again to chapter 20, and we're going to read just one or two verses in chapter 21. What happens then? Remember, we have visited the Millennium age and daily life there in that Book of Ezekiel in chapter 44. In chapter 20, we witnessed the lake of fire, they walking in the second death. Now what happens then? The eternity begins. It's another lesson for another time, but listen carefully.

Verse 1, chapter 21: "And I saw a new heaven"—this is the new heaven age, the third one, beloved, spoken of by Peter, Second Peter chapter 3—"and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea." Every sea, even the lake of fire, dried up. This word "new" is not as you think of new in the English; it's rejuvenated, the same as it was rejuvenated when this earth age started after the overthrow of Satan from the world that was. That's why when scientists say this earth is millions of years old, they are exactly correct, and the Bible declares it when you understand.

Verse 2: "And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband." Read Ezekiel chapter 16—the Jerusalem.

Verse 3: "And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men"—de facto, the Godhead is living, dwelling with men—"and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God."

Verse 4: "And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death." Do you understand that the pit and death is done away with? "Neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away." Yes, that lake of fire that the souls walk into and are consumed—many people, they're taught they're going to lay in that place and scream for a drop of water on their tongue forever and crying and squalling. No, that's not what the word says. This word says there's not going to be a tear, not in this whole new earth age, will there be a tear. I think if people were still burning to a crisp in my sight, I might shed a tear. But you see, the seas are all dried up, even the lake of fire. There is no more death. There is no more pain, for truly as pain is described in the parable (and it was only a parable of Lazarus and the rich man in the fire), there would still be pain. So mature and grow up. God is a loving God. Fear not who can destroy your body, but your soul. He destroys their souls; they are turned to ashes forever and ever.

Verse 5: "And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful." You can count on it, beloved. It is your promise.

I hope that I have been able to explain this. It's a difficult task to feel within oneself that you have adequately covered the material, that you have taken the student with you to the world that shall be (the Millennium) and then into the new earth age. There will be no more flesh. It's difficult to jar people loose from the flesh and out of the flesh where they can take a good look at the Millennium. I hope I've done that for you, and I hope that it will help you better understand Our Father's word, and most of all His plan, His loving plan. The way most people teach Our Father, you have Him with the two horns, the red long-handle underwear, and the pitchfork throwing people into hell. That's not Our Father. Our Father brings people out; Satan drags them in. And then it's done, and there shall be no more pain, nor will there ever be another tear. What a time to look forward to. Do you have a part in that? Do you find serving God exciting enough that it makes it worthwhile to put up with a little—excuse me—pain, being called, if you would, perhaps an oddball for teaching the real word? I would hope not. Our Father's in control. We have the truth and the victory in Him. Bless your heart.

Questions and Answers' with Dr. Pastor Arnold B. Murray:

Claire from Pennsylvania—thank you for the parable of the Fig Tree and pray for serenity of spirit. Alright, Claire.

Fred from Alabama—um, I'm having trouble on a union job and needs intercession prayer. Hey, I know someone. You just set the Christian example, and Christ will take care of it for you. Okay. Um, and that's a comment.

Okay, Father, you hear the prayers, the request, the cries of the children. Father, reach down, prepare the way for this one as his faith and trust is in you. Touch, Father, be with our nation at this time. We ask it in Jesus' precious name. Amen. He's able, beloved. He cares what happens to you. Just talk to Him about it.

Charles from South Carolina—best lecture, thanks so much for it, really enjoyed hearing it. Well, God bless you, Charles there in South Carolina. I'm glad you did.

Okay, Revelation 20:7—if Satan looks so much like Christ, how will we be able to tell the difference between him and Christ when he is released again at the end of the Millennium? Oh, bless your heart, whoever this is and you didn't give your name. You will see him in the pit. And did Jesus not say, "My sheep hear my voice, and they know me"? You'll know His voice because of the love that comes from it. And everyone will be very well acquainted with Satan as well, for they look upon him. Isaiah chapter 14, you read it for yourself; he's called Lucifer there, the bright and morning star. You'll be glad you did. Don't worry about it; you'll know the difference.

Glad from Pennsylvania—a first-time viewer. Well, bless you, Glad. It's good to have you with us. "I've been looking and praying for truth and hope she has found it." Well, I hope that you're that... and I understand that you're on our mailing list. So God bless you. We're just so good to have you with us. If you love God's word, then you love truth, and that's all we teach you—His word, chapter by chapter, line by line, unless we're doing a special such as we've done this week; we're going to continue it for a while.

Ruth from Alabama listens on channel 21. Well, bless you down there. "Enjoying the teaching. In our church, they say it is wrong for women to wear slacks, makeup, and are to cut their hair. Please comment." Okay. Um, you know, of course, if you're visiting a church and the church has dress codes, by all means go by the code. But in your own mind, know and understand this: when men wore dresses at the time it is written "a woman should not wear man's clothes," what it states and what it really means is a woman should not try to play the man's part sexually—that's what it means. Okay. Now actually, men wore skirts at the time of the writing. It has nothing to do with slacks and our skirts. Remember when you were to gird your loins, the man was to reach down between his legs and pull the long skirt up and tuck it in the front of his belt so his legs would be free to run and or to do battle. Men wore skirts at the time that women were told that they should not do this. What about cutting the hair? It comes from Paul teaching a much deeper truth. He said the hair is the veil. Alright? It hides you from the angels. What angels? The angels referenced to Genesis chapter 6 that married and seduced women. Michael will cast them again upon this earth, and that's what Paul had reference to. Let the veil be on your head, or let your mind be sharp enough that you know Satan's angels and put them away from you. As far as makeup is concerned, everything should be used using common sense and in good taste. Alright. Um, my advice is if a church... if it offends a lot of these preachers—if they call pant suits, you know, it's according to what we're doing. I think it is so much more decent and pleasant for some women in certain works and places to wear pant suits than skirts. It looks better, alright, especially if stooping or something is concerned. And if some of these preachers that have the expansion here in front and so other places, if they think that that's men's clothing, they should try a pant suit on sometime. I think they would be surprised.

Jerry from New Jersey—"Is having a social security number part of the Mark of the Beast?" Not at all. We love... we love to you here. Well, thank you Jerry. We love you here as well in the family. Know this: the mark of the beast is in the forehead. It has nothing to do with social security numbers. It has nothing to do with numbers as 666 tattooed on a forehead. It means that in your forehead—that's your mind—you are deceived by not knowing how to count the number of the beast. Again, how do you count it? The word "count" in the Greek as it is used in Revelation 13:18 is to count by enumerating the stones worn smooth over a long period of time—that stone of Cain that was cursed in the garden and that comes forward. In other words, no one can force you to think and or believe. They can tattoo you from head to foot; if you still love the true Christ and hate Antichrist, God will not judge you for numerics tattooed on your body. It's whether your faith and love and loyalty of mind which is your soul remains with Him.

Burton from Louisiana—about the judgment at the end of the Millennium. "Judged by works. Are the works during the flesh life or works during the Millennium?" That's a good question, and I'm sure we answered that for you this evening. That the works are during the Millennium. You are judged by faith in this segment of this cosmos age, but after Christ appears on earth (though they can't touch Him, they will see Him and they will hear the truth from His very lips and from the Zadok, the just, the elect), if they go bad, then that's tough, friend.

Joyce from Texas—"Explain First Thessalonians 15-17. It tells of the Rapture Theory. Please explain how you do not believe that." Joyce, you're the one that's mistaken, my dear. Now don't be impatient with me. 1 Thessalonians chapter 5—actually the chapter isn't here; it's chapter 4, verse 15-17. I know that's what you must mean. What does it talk about? Go back and read it again, but read it for yourself. Don't listen to what some yoyo might say to you. Alright? Read it from God's word. What does Paul start with? He says, "I don't want you to be ignorant"—and I don't want you all to be ignorant either, about what? Greek is very specific. You cannot change a subject once it has begun without totally starting a new. You can't slip something in. The subject and the object are set forth in that verse. "I don't want you to be ignorant concerning those that are dead as to where they are." That's all he's discussing in First Thessalonians, and yo-yos make a Rapture Theory out of it. Read it for yourself. And many of you might—some might say "Read It and Weep"—but that's all it's talking about is where the dead are. And Paul makes it very clear. He says, "Where do you think Jesus is after he died?" Well, if you're a Christian, you know He rose. He's saying so did they. They're not out there in that hole in the ground; they rose. They are with Christ. Every living being, as he taught in 1 Corinthians chapter 15, he said, "Don't be stupid. You've got two bodies: a flesh body that's going to rot and return to the earth, and a spiritual body that's going to return to God." That's all that 1 Thessalonians 4:15-17 says. "Well, it says there we're going to meet him in the air." It says there we're going to meet him in the Breath of Life, the spiritual body. "And we are... he told us that. Well, what's this 'clouds'?" Read Hebrews 12:1. Paul spoke *koine* or what we call street Greek. He was a Hebrew scholar educated in Hebrew and Greek; he just picked up from talking to people on the street and preaching and teaching them. He says there, "Let us gather in a cloud and run a footrace." What he's really saying, it's an idiom, a figure of speech. It means let us gather in a large body under Christ and run this race to win. Alright. Now First Thessalonians chapter 4:15-17 does not—all it says is we that are living cannot prevent those that are already dead because they're already there with Him, same as Christ rose. Read it for yourself. And then, my dear, do yourself a big favor: read Paul's second letter. He knew the first letter had deceived the people. He wrote the second letter in chapter 2. He said, "I want to talk to you about Christ gathering back to us. It's not going to happen until after Antichrist, the son of perdition (in the Greek, *apostasia*), sets foot in Jerusalem." I know I repeat this many times. Some people do not have eyes to see or ears to hear, and I understand that. But as long as the seed is asked for, my dear ones, we must plant that seed. So dear Joyce, study God's word. Don't listen to this man, but at least check it out in the word of God and see what it truly says.

Shelly from Washington—"Second attempt that since King went east out of the garden, would it be possible that he was outside of the flood area?" Yes, we covered that. You must have missed the last lecture, Shelly, because I agreed with you that that's my own opinion is that he was not in the flood.

Larry from Idaho—"Pastor Murray, do you have a list of the men who sent the letter?" It's on its way here. Praise God. We will publish that list in our newsletter, and we will also make that list known. You know the second line in the Sandinista hymn or their national anthem is "America is the enemy of the world." Ten of your congressmen wrote a very flattering letter. We're going to tell you who they were. It is time that a backlash is started with certain people trying to play politics when the cancer and the canker of Esau from God's word, from Russia through Cuba, is trying to establish itself in this hemisphere to take over your grandchildren. And your Congress—many of them, thank God for some of the staunch people we have there—it will not happen. I'm going to share it with you, you bet.

Geneva from Alabama—"I've been watching since March and enjoyed the parable of the Fig Tree, and I'm anxious to get the tapes of this week's teaching." They're going to be out real soon; we'll get them ready.

Carol from Michigan—thanks everyone at the chapel, first time that she could invite Jehovah's Witnesses in and share in the scriptures with her and feel that she can take control with the scriptures. Well, God bless you. You'll be a woman of God and let him see what a woman of God looks like.

Sherry from Pennsylvania—"What does 'looking on your father's nakedness' means?" Looking on your father's nakedness—only a man can do this in a sense, unless it was a lesbian act, for it means to lay with your father's wife. Read Leviticus 18, verse 8. To look upon your father's nakedness is to sleep or to lie with his wife, to seduce her; it's an incestuous act.

"Husband and her"—no name here—"husband and her are Christians, but he still gets mad about her past and wants to know more about her past activities. Their pastor told them that they shouldn't talk about it. Your opinion please." It's very obvious that he has a spirit of jealousy, else he would not be doing that. Be frank, but... no. Until he can mature and get away from that, you will say no more concerning it other than declare your love for him and give him no reason whatsoever that you can help to be jealous.

Willie from Florida—"Please explain the Trinity." A wise man never tries to explain the Trinity. Each person must decide for themselves. I teach it as Christ did, that there are three offices.

"Is the soul and the spirit the same thing?" No, the soul and the spirit are not the same thing. The spirit is the intellect of your soul—not the Holy Spirit, but your spirit. Your spirit is the intellect, the brain if you like, of your soul. Okay.

Watch is on channel 21 out of Mobile. God bless you; it's good to have you all with us.

Teresa from Texas—"Revelation 6, please give more information on the white horse rider." It's the Antichrist, because death and hell and everything follow him. He's imitating the white horse rider of Revelation chapter 19, which is to say the true Christ. Revelation 6 simply stipulates Antichrist comes first, as we well know.

"Would you fast? When you fast, do you fast from both food and drink? Also, if you are breastfeeding a baby, should you fast? Please give documentation." You do not. You use common sense in something of this nature; it is not written. But if you are breastfeeding a baby, don't you ever cut yourself off liquid nor nourishment. Fast in the spiritual sense off of the false teachings and feast on hearing the true word of God. Amos chapter 8, the famine of the end times. Is that okay?

Do we have any prayers here before closing? Uh, we did not, and I'm going to have to carry these over.

Mary from Florida—"Good lecture. I have eyes to see and hear, thanks so much." Thank you, Mary.

God bless you all. I love you so much. I love teaching God's word and studying with you. You're like a family to me. Seems like we spend a lot of time together. Hey, it is the end of the month. If we've taught you, you help us, won't you, to do that. This family will carry our own work. You are a part of that family. Let God's blessings be upon you. Study His word and stay in it. You be good to each other. You tell each other of your love for each member of the family. Give each other a big hug. Stay in His word and serve the loving Father that we have. He loves you so much. Most of all, you stay in His word every day. And it's a beautiful day because He is the Living Word.
