๐Ÿ“–✨ End-Time Prophecy Study Summary — Pastor Arnold Murray (Shepherd’s Chapel) ✨

⚠️ Main Theme: The study focuses on the events surrounding the Sixth Seal, Sixth Trumpet, and Sixth Vial, emphasizing spiritual deception, the appearance of the false messiah, and the importance of remaining grounded in God's Word during the last days.

๐Ÿบ Revelation 16 and the Sixth Vial

๐Ÿ“– Revelation 16:12-14

๐ŸŒŠ The sixth vial is poured out upon the great river Euphrates, preparing the way for the Kings of the East.

๐Ÿ—บ️ According to the teaching:

➡️ "East" refers to lands east of the Euphrates.
➡️ These include regions associated with modern-day:

๐Ÿ‡น๐Ÿ‡ท Turkey
๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡พ Syria
๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ถ Iraq
๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ท Iran
๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ซ Afghanistan
๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ฐ Pakistan

๐Ÿธ Three unclean spirits like frogs proceed from:

๐Ÿ‰ The Dragon
๐Ÿพ The Beast
๐Ÿง™ The False Prophet

⚠️ Their mission is deception through miracles and signs.

๐Ÿ”ฅ Sixth Seal • Sixth Trumpet • Sixth Vial

๐Ÿ“– The study teaches that all three prophetic events point to the same critical period:

6️⃣ Sixth Seal
6️⃣ Sixth Trumpet
6️⃣ Sixth Vial

⚠️ A time when the false messiah appears before Christ's return.

๐ŸŽญ Many are deceived because they mistake the counterfeit for the true Christ.

๐Ÿ‘ฟ Four Angels Bound at Euphrates

๐Ÿ“– Revelation 9

⛓️ Four angels are bound at the Euphrates River.

⏰ They are released at a specific prophetic moment:

๐Ÿ“… "An hour, a day, a month, and a year."

๐Ÿ‘ฅ Their army is described as:

⚔️ 200,000,000

๐Ÿ”ฅ Fire
๐Ÿ’จ Smoke
๐Ÿชจ Brimstone

The study interprets these symbols primarily as:

❌ False teachings
❌ Spiritual deception
❌ Spiritual death

rather than conventional military weapons.

๐Ÿ˜” Humanity Refuses to Repent

Despite warnings and judgments:

๐Ÿšซ Idolatry
๐Ÿšซ Murder
๐Ÿšซ Sorcery
๐Ÿšซ Fornication
๐Ÿšซ Theft

continue throughout the world.

๐Ÿ“– Revelation teaches that many still refuse to repent.

๐ŸŒง️ Zechariah 10 — Ask for the Latter Rain

๐Ÿ“– Zechariah 10

๐Ÿ™ God encourages His people to seek spiritual renewal.

⚠️ False shepherds mislead the flock.

๐Ÿ‘ God's people are called to:

✅ Remain faithful
✅ Stay spiritually alert
✅ Follow the true Shepherd

๐Ÿ† God promises ultimate victory for His people.

๐Ÿ‘ The Foolish Shepherd

๐Ÿ“– Zechariah 11

Two staffs are removed:

๐ŸŒน Beauty
๐Ÿค Bands

representing:

❌ Favor
❌ Unity

A "foolish shepherd" then rises.

⚠️ This figure is presented as a type of the end-time deceiver who misleads many.

⚔️ Gideon's 300

๐Ÿ“– Judges 7

๐Ÿ‘จ‍๐ŸŒพ Gideon's army is reduced from thousands to:

๐Ÿ’ฏ๐Ÿ’ฏ๐Ÿ’ฏ = 300 men

Yet God grants victory over overwhelming forces.

Lesson:

๐Ÿ’ช Victory comes through faith.

❌ Not numbers.
❌ Not political power.
❌ Not human strength.

✅ God's power accomplishes the victory.

๐Ÿพ Mark of the Beast

๐Ÿ“– Revelation 13

⚠️ A major point of the study:

❌ Not a tattoo
❌ Not a microchip
❌ Not merely a physical mark

Instead, the teaching emphasizes:

๐Ÿง  What one believes
❤️ Whom one worships
๐Ÿ‘‘ Whether one accepts the false messiah

The warning is against spiritual deception.

๐Ÿ™ Christian Living During the End Times

The Q&A section provides practical guidance:

๐Ÿ’ฌ Discuss disagreements gently.
๐Ÿ•Š️ Follow the Holy Spirit.
๐Ÿ“– Stay in God's Word daily.
๐Ÿ™ Pray continually.
❤️ Show patience toward others.

✝️ Viewer Questions Answered

๐Ÿ’ฐ Tithing

❓Gross or Net?

✅ Tithe from what actually comes into your possession.

๐ŸŒŽ Racial Mixing

❓Does it affect the spirit?

✅ No. The spirit comes from God.

๐Ÿ™ Satan Interrupting Prayer

❓What should a believer do?

✅ Pray in Jesus' name and reject spiritual interference.

✝️ Crosses in Churches

❓Idolatry?

✅ Not if they are symbols pointing to Christ rather than objects of worship.

๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ Babylon and America

❓Is America Babylon?

The study teaches:

❌ No.

It distinguishes biblical Babylon from the United States.

๐Ÿท Wine Consumption

๐Ÿ“– 1 Timothy 5:23

✅ Moderate use is permitted.
⚠️ Drunkenness is condemned.

๐Ÿ›ธ UFOs

The study references Ezekiel's visions and discusses unidentified aerial phenomena as potentially involving spiritual dimensions rather than extraterrestrial civilizations.

⭐ Key Lessons

1️⃣ Stay spiritually alert. ๐Ÿ‘€

2️⃣ Understand that deception is a major end-time threat. ⚠️

3️⃣ Trust God's timing. ⏰

4️⃣ Remain faithful even when the majority follow error. ✝️

5️⃣ Victory belongs to God. ๐Ÿ†

6️⃣ Study Scripture daily. ๐Ÿ“–

7️⃣ Rely on the Holy Spirit for discernment. ๐Ÿ•Š️

๐Ÿ“– Closing Message

✨ The central encouragement of the study is that believers should remain rooted in God's Word, develop spiritual discernment, and trust God's promises regardless of world events. Like Gideon's 300, God's people are called to stand faithfully, knowing that ultimate victory belongs to the Lord. ✝️๐Ÿ™

**Title/Topic:** ๐Ÿ‘‘ Kings Of The East: (Revelation 16, Sixth Vial/Trump/Seal)

**Speaker:** Pastor Arnold Murray (Shepherd's Chapel)

Kings of the East, that's our title here today. Open your Bibles, if you would, to Revelation chapter 16. Revelation chapter 16. We're going to take it at the sixth... TR—uh, seal—rather, you wouldn't remember that Satan, the false Messiah, appears at the sixth seal, the sixth trump, and the sixth vial. So we're going to pull back the curtain just a little bit today and see what you have to look forward to to recognize his coming. So here we go.

Revelation chapter 16, let's pick it up with verse 12:

*"And the sixth angel poured out his vial upon the great river Euphrates; and the water thereof was dried up, that the way of the kings of the East may be prepared."*

Verse 13: *"For I saw three unclean spirits like frogs"* — didn't say they were frogs, now; quite the opposite, said they weren't, but they were like that — *"come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet."* Those are simply three roles of Satan.

Verse 14: *"For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth"* — not the kings of the East, but the kings of the earth and of the whole world — *"to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty."*

Now you see, that wouldn't mean so much unless you really understood what the word "East" means here. And I'm going to take it to you in the Hebrew, because we're going to end up there, and I'm doing it because it makes it easier for you to check out of what I'm about to share with you, because all you have to do is open your Smith's Bible Dictionary under the word "East," and you'll find out that there are two words: *Kedem* and *Mizrach*. *Kedem* is K-D-M, and *Mizrach* is M-I-Z-R-A-C-H. *Mizrach* means the Far East, it means China, means the Orient. But what's important is that you know what *Kedem* means. It only gives you a spot geographically to go to, and then you go to that spot, and it's what is in front of you when you face east.

So what is this "Kings of the East" we're talking about here, then? Well, where did He tell us to go? Said go to the great abounding river Euphrates. Euphrates is a river that is 1,780 miles long, so it covers a great deal of ground, and you have to look at everything east of there. Well, what does that consist of? Well, let's start with Turkey, parts of Turkey, parts of Syria, parts of Iraq, all of Iran, Afghanistan, and Pakistan. These are the kings of the East. And as you learned this spring, they're already swarming, so the way for those kings is being prepared, which is doing nothing but preparing the way for the false one.

"Well, you don't understand, brother, there are democracies." Oh, they're democracies? Well, um... you would—I want—I've got a bridge over in Brooklyn, but it's a really very simple thing. And I said I'm using this because it's real easy for you to check me out if you own a Smith's Bible Dictionary, and all you have to do is look up the word "East" and it doesn't mean China. It means the Arab nations that join the east side of the Euphrates River. Naturally, they are about 99% Muslim. Now, is that coming down on the Muslim people? No. I'm quoting Scripture. Anytime you take man's word, well, it may not be politically correct. I don't give two hoots whether it's politically correct or not. That's what it says. That's what it means. And that's exactly where you had better be watching.

What prompt did I—what vial did I say we just poured out? The sixth. Well, who comes in the sixth? Well, as you know, in the ninth chapter at the fifth trump, we found out all these people come wearing, like it were, crowns—only their turban. So pretty soon God gets our attention and you begin to wake up and realize, "Hey, it's happening." We have to observe, we have to understand verse 14.

And verse 15: *"Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame."*

Now, I want you to remember one thing about this verse that I saw three unclean spirits. It's important you hang on to those three for a moment, okay? In your mind, now go with me, if you would, to Revelation chapter 9. This is where we read the fifth seal, and we're going to pick up the sixth—um, trump, brother. Let's see what it says about this sixth trump. This would be the appearance of Apollyon, that's the Destroyer. He's coming, dear friends. You've been in preparation for it for a long time.

Verse 13 of Revelation chapter 9: *"And the sixth angel sounded, and I heard a voice from the four horns of the golden altar which is before God"* — now this is from God, so you can count on it — *"saying to the sixth angel which had the trumpet, Loose the four angels which are bound in the great river Euphrates."* Here we have that river Euphrates again.

Now let me ask you a question: you want to always analyze: what angels do you know of that are in bands? I mean chains? Well, let me think. The good angels aren't bound in chains, of course not. But the fallen angels are bound in chains for destruction, as the great Book of Jude declares. So we know where those four are from. Four is the number of Earth as well, but here God begins to loosen and to use the very part of those fallen angels. Which, do you know who they come with? You know, we could read the 12th chapter where we know that Satan and his angels are cast out at the same time. If four of them are loosed, we're getting close. That's all I'm—my point, okay? And I'm going to drop it there, but I want you again to know you pay heed, it's important.

*"And the four angels were loosed, which were prepared for an hour, and a day, and a month, and a year, for to slay the third part of men."* What? To lie to them, cause them to be spiritually dead, in a hammer—probably a little message like, "Oh gee whiz, we've come to fly you away. You know, we're just little angels and you know how you could trust angels. Just be good and get in our wagon and let's go." So you see, we're about to come up against some things that you could be played the fool real easily. But you're not, and you're not going to, because God has forewarned you. These are not good angels; they are part of those that are held for destruction. It makes it very clear, and they are going to have power to spiritually cause one third of the people to die—not a physical death, a spiritual death.

*"And the number of the army of the horsemen was two hundred thousand thousand: and I heard the number of them."* That's a swarm, I mean a really swarm, coming across that Euphrates that is on the other side of that Euphrates. I don't know, maybe some of you have been watching television lately, a swarm across the Euphrates. Maybe you've been paying attention.

Verse 17 to our moment: month, year means God has one set moment that this is going to happen. You do not want to be caught asleep, okay.

*"And thus I saw the horses in the vision, and them that sat on them, having breastplates of fire"* — one — *"and of jacinth"* — two — *"and brimstone"* — three. *"And the heads of the horses were as the heads of lions; and out of their mouths issued fire"* — one — *"and smoke"* — two — *"and brimstone"* — three. You say, always pick up a set of three in this. Three evil spirits.

Verse 18: *"By these three was the third part of men killed, by the fire, and by the smoke, and by the brimstone, which issued out of their mouths."* Well, what came out of their mouth? I give you one guess: lies, false teaching, misleading people. And how they love to hear it; they swallow it hook, line, and sinker. If anything, say "give us more." They love the supernatural; they're going to get it. Unfortunately, it's the negative, for their power is in their mouth and in their tails, for their tails were like unto serpents—one of Satan's names—and had heads, and with them they do hurt. They'll bring about—you know, which is worse: to murder a flesh body or to murder a soul? A flesh body, you live eternally. But spiritually, when somebody takes your soul away from you, you lose your eternity. It's a serious, serious thing, and that's what people are playing with. And God has chosen an election that must stand the gap, that must know the truth, and must make that stand.

*"And the rest of the men which were not killed by these plagues yet repented not of the works of their hands, that they should not worship devils, and idols of gold, and silver, and brass, and stone, and of wood: which neither can see, nor hear, nor walk."* We have a living God. Why would somebody worship a piece of rock? If someone told you to, would you? If they could make the rock jump, would you? If they could perform miracles in the sight of man, would you? A lot of people will. You won't, because you only worship the living God. *"Neither repented they of their murders, nor of their sorceries, nor of their fornication, nor of their thefts."* They stole a birthright, or they're trying to. It's not going to work; it's not going to happen.

Now, the reason I told you we were going to take this from the Hebrew: *Kedem*—which is to say, *Kedem* was always when you wanted to point out the compass to somebody. You use *Kedem*, that means face east. And then always north was this way, south that way, and west that way. That's the way you could point out the compass. But *Kedem* is always to the east, and that becomes very, very important in deciphering this prophecy. You know, I don't think if anyone is halfway awake, you look what's happening in this world today east of the Euphrates, you can see what's going on there. It's not pretty, not pretty at all. I don't know that God trains people to let little kids blow themselves up in minefields to so you don't waste a good trooper there, but that's the way it goes. God can use whomever He chooses, but unfortunately history always repeats itself. That's one way God teaches us.

Now Old Testament, Zechariah chapter 10, please. Zechariah chapter 10, verse 1: *"Ask ye of the LORD rain in the time of the latter rain; so the LORD shall make bright clouds, and give them showers of rain, to every one grass in the field."* What was the condition there? You have to ask for it. *"For the idols have spoken vanity, and the diviners have seen a lie, and have told false dreams; they comfort in vain"* — it's a false comfort. *"Therefore they went their way as a flock, they were troubled, because there was no shepherd"* that would teach truth; it just wasn't.

*"Mine anger was kindled against the shepherds, and I punished the goats: for the LORD of hosts hath visited his flock the house of Judah, and hath made them as his goodly horse in the battle."* Out of him came forth the corner, out of him the nail, out of him the battle bow, out of him every oppressor together. It's all in Christ. He is that chief cornerstone; He is the foundation of the temple on which we build. *"And they shall be as mighty men, which tread down their enemies in the mire of the streets in the battle: and they shall fight, because the LORD is with them, and the riders on horses shall be confounded. And I will strengthen the house of Judah, and I will save the house of Joseph, and I will bring them again to place them; for I have mercy upon them: and they shall be as though I had not cast them off: for I am the LORD their God, and will hear them."*

Skip on to verse 10: *"I will bring them again also out of the land of Egypt, and gather them out of Assyria"* — now you just move past the Euphrates, okay — *"and I will bring them into the land of Gilead and Lebanon; and place shall not be found for them. And he shall pass through the sea with affliction, and shall smite the waves in the sea, and all the deeps of the river shall dry up"* — that's Euphrates. This is one mistake: some people think this is the Nile, not so. Assyria has no article there. *"And the pride of Assyria shall be brought down, and the sceptre of Egypt shall depart away."* Isaiah 11:15 makes this just as clear, or a lot clearer. *"And I will strengthen them in the LORD; and they shall walk up and down in his name, saith the LORD."* With Him you're not going to lose; with Him you have the victory.

And so it is continuing on in chapter 11: *"Open thy doors, O Lebanon, that the fire may devour thy cedars. Howl, fir tree; for the cedar is fallen; because the mighty are spoiled: howl, O ye oaks of Bashan; for the forest of the vintage is come down."* Cedars of Lebanon have always stood for our people, and He said they're coming down. If you're not in God's house, you're in a heap of trouble, my friend. That's what this chapter is about: you're going to be on your own if you pull away from God. Not a good place to be.

*"A voice of the howling of the shepherds; for their glory is spoiled: a voice of the roaring of young lions; for the pride of Jordan is spoiled."* Thus saith the Lord my God: *"Feed the flock of the slaughter"* — in other words, feed my children that are locked up and people are trying to sell them and take advantage of them. They do that all the time. Taxation, particular orders that are given to small businesses and other things, they've got them right locked up there, and they're selling them. You're going to find out what he's saying here is it's not a new thing; they sold Him too.

Verse 5: *"Whose possessors slay them, and hold themselves not guilty: and they that sell them say, Blessed be the LORD; for I am rich: and their own shepherds pity them not."* They're so dumb, they don't know what's happening. Their own shepherds — we can use them however we want to. Unfortunately, that's true. *"For I will no more pity the inhabitants of the land"* — if you're so stupid you'll let that happen to you without turning to me, so be it. So you see, that's when there comes a time our Father gets fed up, saith the Lord. *"But, lo, I will deliver the men every one into his neighbour's hand, and into the hand of his king"* — lower case — *"and they shall smite the land, and out of their hand I will not deliver them."*

Now a lot of people would get real nervous there, going to deliver them into the hand of their king. No, you're one of God's elect. Who is your king? You're going to be delivered into His hand. Is that frightening? No, it's very comforting. If they want to die, let them die. If they want to be deceived, let them be deceived. But your king will take care of you; your king will stand by you. But be intelligent enough to be able to read between the lines what our Father's telling you here. If they are so stupid that they'll listen to the sheep traffickers and let them work on them that way, hey, so be it. I'll let them destroy each other.

Verse 7: *"And I will feed the flock of slaughter, even you"* — in other words, that I know my children — *"O poor of the flock."* Now, here you have an error, okay. This is two words, one word turned into two. The word in the Hebrew manuscripts is Canaanite or Kenite, but it's better translated "sheep traffickers" that sell our own people. *"And I took unto me two staves; the one I called Beauty, and the other I called Bands; and I fed the flock."* And this beauty is Beauty, and Bands is Union; it holds them together.

Three shepherds — underline that. That's that number three again; remember I told you to make a note of it in Revelation. Three shepherds also. *"And I cut off in one month"* — and my soul loathed them, and their soul also abhorred me. They hated God. So there you have it. It's the showdown; it's the time we're creeping up on it. You want to be very careful; you want to be awake. God will always keep us informed.

Verse 9: *"Then said I, I will not feed you: that that dieth, let it die; and that that is to be cut off, let it be cut off; and let the rest eat every one the flesh of another"* — in other words, if they want to destroy themselves, let them destroy each other. That's a great time of teaching, is that tough love. You bet it is. But again, I want to back up to that other verse: who's your king? It certainly isn't that fake one. It certainly isn't one of those three false shepherds that He's going to do away with. Or at least I hope it isn't. I hope you couldn't be deceived into that. But you see, we're coming to that time. You're going to see your own family, some of them be drawn into this. God is not going to help them if He has given them the word, if they have heard the teaching, if they see the leadership of Almighty God and they still want to go with that, hey, so be it. Have a good trip. You can't blame our Father for that. There's always the Millennium. This is a time of teaching; our Father knows when to get rough. Okay, it's kind of like Chesty and Patton would always say, you know, it's, "Son, don't ever volunteer to fight for your nation to give your life to your country. You destroy that other"—I forget what he called them, it wasn't nice though—"you kill them."

Well, this comes down to this point: you stay with our King and you're in good hands. But you start playing around in the world, we're coming into some very, very dangerous times. If they want to blow each other up, hey, let them blow. It's going to happen. Well, are you being a little rough right now? No, I'm preparing. It's going to happen; it is written. So am I saying that's going to happen to you? Not at all, for your king will take care of you. You don't have to worry about it.

Verse 10: *"And I took my staff, even Beauty, and cut it asunder, that I might break my covenant which I had made with all the people."* I wanted to let them get a little rough stuff. *"And it was broken in that day: and so the poor of the flock that waited upon me knew that it was the word of the LORD"* — they knew that God's Word was true. And the poor of the flock are the sheep traffickers. Okay, they know God's working and they see it. *"And I said unto them, If ye think good, give me my price; and if not, forbear. So they weighed for my price thirty pieces of silver."* You see what Christ is telling you here? This is your king. He's telling you about the sheep traffickers; they sold Him, they bought Him for thirty pieces of silver. Do you think they won't do the same thing to you? That's what Christ is saying here. They did it to me, they'll do it to others. Are you going to let it happen? Answer: No, we're not for sale.

*"And the LORD said unto me, Cast it unto the potter: a goodly price that I was prised at of them. And I took the thirty pieces of silver, and cast them to the potter in the house of the LORD."* And of course, blood money can't stay in the house. *"Then I cut asunder mine other staff, even Bands, that I might break the brotherhood between Judah and Israel"* — they become two separate houses.

Verse 15: *"And the LORD said unto me, Take unto thee yet the instruments of a foolish shepherd."* Happen, my friend, get ready. *"For, lo, I will raise up a shepherd in the land"* — you want to know why we're in the sixth? That's when he shows up. This is him — *"which shall not visit those that be cut off"* — not going to help them — *"neither shall seek the young one, nor heal that that is broken, nor feed that that standeth still: but he shall eat the flesh of the fat, and tear their claws in pieces."* They sold me for thirty pieces of silver. I heal, I make well, I take care of people. People won't listen to me. If they want to follow him, let them go; let them have a field day. You cannot blame Him. Anybody that can read knows that shepherd is coming; it's not a good sign.

Verse 17 to complete: *"Woe to the idol shepherd that leaveth the flock! the sword shall be upon his arm, and upon his right eye: his arm shall be clean dried up, and his right eye shall be utterly darkened."* And Lord, I'm going to finish him off. He's not going anywhere. If you follow Satan, you're following a dead man walking. But oh, how seemingly right he can be when he talks to people. The most beautiful of the cherubim. How he loves to deceive people, how he loves to be with people.

You know, God is really good to you. He gave you an example of this years and years ago of how it was going down, so you could better understand it. And we're going to go there, Judges chapter 7, verse 12. Let's pick it up there. Let me first bring you into focus here. The Midianites had just really overrun Israel big time, but they had somebody helping that's almost obscure in the background that a lot of people are not familiar with. That's what you need to pay attention to, and that's what Gideon had to contend with.

[Note: He starts to read Joshua by mistake]

...and so it was... I'm sorry, I'm in Joshua and I need Judges. That won't get it. Miss-complicated there. You want to be real careful who you follow; you can be misled. Be real careful.

Okay, now we're going to go with verse 12, Judges chapter 7: *"And the Midianites and the Amalekites and all the children of the East"* — you underline that. I mean, the Midianites were not bad people, but who do they have with them here? The children of the East. Do you know what this word is in the Hebrew tongue? *Kedem* — where you look, it's always... well, let's go on, it'll identify them. *"They lay along the valley like grasshoppers for multitude; and their camels were without number, as the sand by the sea side for multitude."* Let me see, we got a little bit of a clue there with camels. Who has camels? Bedouins, you know. But then here's the word grasshoppers. What is this word grasshoppers? It's locust. It's the locust army. It is *arbeh* in the Hebrew tongue. Do you know what the word "Arabian" is in the Hebrew tongue? God makes things pretty clear when you listen. Thicker than locust coming from the East, the children of the East.

Verse 13: *"And when Gideon was come, behold, there was a man that told a dream unto his fellow, and said, Behold, I dreamed a dream, and, lo, a cake of barley bread tumbled into the host of Midian, and came unto a tent, and smote it that it fell, and overturned it, that the tent lay along."* And his fellow answered and said, *"This is nothing else save the sword of Gideon the son of Joash, a man of Israel: for into his hand hath God delivered Midian, and all the host."* Well, who's all the host? Children of the East too.

*"And it was so, when Gideon heard the telling of the dream, and the interpretation thereof, that he worshipped, and returned into the host of Israel, and said, Arise; for the LORD hath delivered into your hands the host of Midian."* And he divided the 300 men into three companies, and he put a trumpet in every man's hand, with empty pitchers, and lamps within the pitchers. And he said unto them, *"Look on me, and do likewise."* And behold, understand you can't even number how many of these people are; they're like locust. How many men has Gideon taken with him? 300. You know why they only had 300? Because they had to send all the wimps home. You don't go into war with a bunch of wimps; all men of war. *"And when I blow with the trumpet"* — verse 18 — *"and all that are with me, then blow ye the trumpets also on every side of all the camp, and say, The sword of the LORD, and of Gideon."* And you know what happened? They ran over each other and began killing each other. And when that 300 made such a stay of the children of the East, I told you this happened before. All you got to do is make a deeper study of the whole thing; it'll all fall in place. The reason it makes it easy to understand, with God helping you, is it's happening before your very eyes. It happens every day.

And God is your king. Let me see: King of kings and Lord of lords. To us, there is no other. So let there be kings of the East; let them wear turban. We will worship Almighty God and the Son thereof. But because with His blessings, how many did it take? 300. But we've got a lot larger army than that, and there's no wimps in it. And I hope... but anyway, we'll call it if it is okay. Nobody ever has to do anything that you haven't got your whole heart into, okay? Knowing your faith, for we walk by faith and not by sight, that He is with us, that He takes care of us.

So beloved, we will pick this up next spring if not before. The swarming is really buzzing like all over. So don't let one day go by that you don't take inventory. I'm speaking about national news. Pay attention and show yourself approved. Most of all, let God... I'm rolling some kind of a bearing up here on the thing. I guess it's off of somebody's pointer. Somebody be minus a pointer; that'd be bad, huh? Okay. The reason I know what it is is I've got one just like it, only I would never let mine screw off the end. I don't think.

Beloved, do not be deceived in these end times. Study to show yourself approved, rightly dividing the word of God. It is so simple for Him to show us day by day as we lead. I love you all.

**Questions and Answers:**

Betty from Pennsylvania: "Would you please tell me where in the Bible that you tithe on the gross of your income or the net?" I do know that it's 10% of what you get, okay, not what somebody else takes, but what you get. Dennis, you consider you have no control over what you don't get, okay? It's paid tax. In the original Old Testament times, the tithe was taken by the church; the church was the government. And now you have a government that kind of takes a tithe also.

Dennis from California: "If you are born of two races, that makes your body a mixed race, but when you go back to the Father, would your spirit be the same as when God made it?" Absolutely. God does not mix souls, okay. That may sound a little confusing to some, but souls do not mix. God is not a mixer.

Deborah from Oklahoma: "Having watched your sermon on Job at about 5:30 this morning here in Oklahoma City, I am moved to ask you to let know just what you had said concerning the numbers. You had said after God was talking to Job and before you went back to the first chapter of Job, you said something about the reference to three numbers of the number six." Well, it was the six seal and the six trump and the sixth vial of the Book of Revelation. Those are all the seal, vial, and trump in which Antichrist comes, meaning the six is Satan's number: 666. Six seal, six vial, six trump. And naturally, the number seven came when that's the seventh trump, seventh seal, seventh vial; that's the return of Christ. That's the true Christ, not the false. In the sixth trump, true Christ in the seventh.

Dale from Louisiana: "Enjoy studying the Bible with you and I love your teaching God's word chapter by chapter and verse by verse. My question to you is, where in the Bible can I read a verse or verses before I pray? Read the Bible and say my prayers at night. Satan gets in the way at times. I thank God for you and your son Dennis Murray for teaching God's word with understanding." Well, thank you, we appreciate that. You don't—why do you want to let Satan get in the way? Why don't you tell him where to go? You got to put your foot down; don't put up with malarkey, okay? Don't ever let yourself single out. It's nice to have certain scriptures for strength, but you need the whole word, okay? You can't just take part of the word and put it on. You take the whole word, and anytime Satan gets in the way, in the name of Christ, order him out of your life. Order him backwards from where he came from. Don't put up with that kind of stuff. That's why Christianity is not a religion; it's a reality. Don't put up with stuff. Take the whole word. That's what chapter by chapter and verse by verse is: letting God speak, not man.

Bambi from Arkansas: "The other day I was enjoying fellowship with Christian friends. We were sharing some victories and praising the Lord. Then one person stated that she was excited that we would all be raptured together. How do I respond to this? Do I keep silent for fear of destroying what faith she has, or do I say I prefer to stay put and join God's army in the final battle?" You know, Bambi, that is one thing that you have to allow the Holy Spirit at the moment to take care of. And whatever you do, just plant a seed. And if God causes the seed to grow, that's fine; otherwise, leave it alone, okay? It's not meant that everybody should see and hear. And if it is a conversation among friends, especially if it's friends you work with, then don't be insistent on correcting them or rocking their boat other than outside of planting a seed. Here's the reason: you can never force someone to see anything. They might accept it and instantly, just as the seed parable would tell you, it'll either not hit fertile ground, or they may think, "Oh, that's wonderful," and then the first time opposition comes along, boom, they're gone. But what you have to do is plant a seed, and only God can make it grow. If God causes it to grow, then you have a friend that's going to want to know truth and they will come to you seeking that truth. Otherwise, let it go outside of planting a seed, because if you have a workplace, that is not a place to teach God's word. That's where you work to sustain yourself, and unless there are extenuating circumstances, a seed should be planted.

Scott from Wisconsin: "Marie, when Satan appears as the false Messiah, would it be wrong for me to move my wife and myself up north to live off the land we have there? We have enough shelter, water, and wildlife to sustain us till the seventh trump. I feel this may be where God wants us at that time." Well, the Holy Spirit will be in control at that time. Naturally, you know what the 13th chapter of the Book of Mark says, that we're to be delivered up, that your own family would probably that do not see as you do cause you to be delivered up. But if the Holy Spirit has led you to say that, then to think that, then you must follow what the Holy Spirit would have you say. I truly believe that God's elect are directed by the Holy Spirit, and that's what you should always follow.

Clara from West Virginia: "Can the devil see everything we do and say like God does?" The devil cannot read your mind. The devil cannot see within your heart unless you are possessed, and then he would take you completely over. Can we bore God if we tell him we love him over and over every day? Well, as long as you don't chant it, He loves that. That's what He wants from you is your love. He would not consider it boring.

Donna from Alabama: "I've only recently been saved by our Lord Jesus." Well, congratulations. "So please forgive me if my question sounds foolish." No question is foolish. "Exodus 20:1-6 says you shall have no other gods before me. You shall not make for yourself an idol of any likeness of what is in heaven above or on the earth beneath or in the water under the earth. You shall not worship them or serve them." So does this mean that having crosses in our churches is worshiping an idol? No, not at all. Many people wear a cross on their neck; it's a sign they're a Christian, they're not worshiping it. That's the first commandment, basically: you'll place no gods before our Heavenly Father. But you don't worship, let's say, just a picture of Christ's likeness supposedly; you don't worship it, you worship Him. And a cross in the church is a sign it's a Christian church, but you don't worship the cross; you worship Christ. So something becomes an idol if you leave God out of the picture and worship the thing, the object, instead of Almighty God. So there's a great difference and there's no problem. In worshiping our Heavenly Father, just don't let some object—sometimes a person, if they're not careful, can even let their business get in the way; it can become an idol if you begin to worship it or let it take all of your time and your family away from God Himself. So then you're bordering on that.

John from Florida: "My question is, where in the Bible is our country, and if it's called Babylon as all nations live here?" No, it's not Babylon; it's blessed. Pull a coin out of your pocket; it says "In God We Trust." I realize that this country is trying to kick God out; they can't. Some people in this country, not the majority—don't ever let anyone kid you—80% of the people in this nation are Christian; they're believers. They may not practice it the way they should, but don't corner them too much to try to drive them away from it, or you'll end up throwing them under the bus, okay. We can only lead our people so far, and pretty soon they get smart; they know when somebody's playing games with them and they get rid of them. By that I mean in the peaceful way that we have of doing it. But this nation is never Babylon. It's why we have freedom of religion. You see, there are a lot of nations that I could not operate this network that we operate, Shepherd's Chapel, because here we have freedom of religion, freedom of speech. A lot of countries that couldn't happen in. In Babylon it couldn't happen, but in the United States of America we have those freedoms, and we're going—many of us have fought and shed blood for them—those rights, and we would never, ever give them up under any circumstances, and nor shall we. And how precious it is to have a nation that a person can have the freedom to have a network to teach God's word chapter by chapter and verse by verse and have that word go all the way around the world. A truth? No, that Babel is confusion. God is not the author of confusion, but peace. God bless America.

Jesse and Joanne from Florida: "Question, how was the Lord created, where did He come from?" Well, what did He tell us? He said, "I AM that I AM." End of story. He is what He wants to be, where He is what He is, and until He tells us different, He's "I AM that I AM." And we have faith in Him to know He's real because He authored this word, this letter He has sent to you for you to go by.

Bob from California: "Question, Satan is locked in heaven behind Michael, you say his evil spirit is here on Earth. Would it be as if Satan is here on Earth also? So please explain." No, not at all; he's locked up. But see, God is always fair. He allows the Holy Spirit to operate here; it came on Pentecost day, Acts chapter 2. But if He allows the Holy Spirit to be here, inasmuch as this is the testing time of whether people will love God or Satan, He must also allow that evil spirit to be here. But He did a wonderful thing as it's written in Luke 10:19 following: He gave us power over them, where you don't have to put up with it, and therefore you could order them out of your life. That's why a Christian should never, ever put up with a bunch of malarkey; you don't have to. But no, Satan isn't here. But don't worry, he's going to be when he comes. Michael's going to kick him out of Heaven as it's written in Revelation chapter 9, and he's coming as Messiah, and a lot of people are going to accept him. His message is, "I've come to fly you away." He's the Antichrist; he's the rider of the white horse we covered the other day in Mark 13 from Revelation 6, verse 1 and 2. Wrong horse, wrong rider. The real horse you want to follow is Revelation 19, and the rider of 19, King of kings and Lord of lords.

Antoinette from Nevada: "My name is Antoinette and I am a Christian but like to have a glass or two of wine. Would I want to know if this is a sin? Please let me know." Well, when you say a glass or two, First Timothy chapter 5, verse 23: what does it say? It says it is good for you to take a little wine for the good of your stomach and your infirmities, okay? But it said a little, like a glass, and not more than two. It's good for the body unless you have a problem. Some people have a problem of alcoholism, and then it is not good for you. But if you do not have that problem, it is written as I stated, 1 Timothy 5:23; you can read it for yourself. But it does say a little. A gallon will wipe you out and cause you nothing but trouble, hurt your family, hurt people. End of story.

Mary from Arizona: "What about the flying saucers that are flying around now? Who are they?" Well, I haven't seen any lately, but we know that when they do come, as Ezekiel reports it, it's according to who's driving it, okay. We know that Antichrist needs transportation. We know that God needed transportation when He came here with His ark in Ezekiel chapter 1, and Ezekiel explained it pretty good about the vehicle, but the color amber as it is used in Ezekiel 1:4 is highly polished bronze, is what it appeared to be. So yeah, they're there, but it's according to who's driving it.

Rick from Idaho: "How come there hasn't been any other angels try to do the same thing Satan did?" They're not stupid. I mean, he's sentenced to death. All the angels are pretty sharp. We've got some that might drift a little bit; we've got fallen angels, they're in chains. Too smart with that. Why would you trade away an eternity with our Heavenly Father for a bunch of pride and selfishness and nonsense? No, the rest of them are too sharp for that.

Frank from Arizona: "I'm wondering if a 501(c)(3) church can be a real church. What would prevent it?" I really don't understand. Naturally, we have certain rights in this great nation to operate churches, and it's a little bit expensive at times, and 501(c)(3) helps that a lot. But if you're teaching straight out and everything, you don't have any problem, and certainly you can operate under that rule, as long as you're honest, okay.

Now hey, I'm out of time. I love you all, and for a real special reason. You know what it is? It's because you enjoy studying God's word chapter by chapter and verse by verse. But most of all, God loves you for it; it makes His day. And when you make His day, boy, is He going to make yours. We are brought to you by your tithes and offerings. If we have helped you, you help us keep coming to you. Once you do that, bless God, He will always bless you. Now most important, though, you stay in His word every day. In His word is a good day, even with trouble. You know why? Because Jesus, Yeshua, He is the living word.
